Although not obligatory, it is advisable to have a concretebase to place the Prefab Homes on.

WHO TAKES CARE OF THE DELIVERY OF THE HOUSES TO THEIR DESTINATION?

In Lercasawe count on our own delivery team who will take your house from the factory to the location you choose, as well as its settlement.

IS A CRANE NECESSARY TO INSTALL THEM?

Most of the installations do not require using a crane, our own team takes care of that. However, our Prefab Homes allow for the use of a crane in case the specific features of a location require it.

WHAT TYPE OF PERMISSIONS DO I NEED?

The houses can be places either in rustic or in urban grounds, but always respecting the local regulations, as there is no general regulation about it.

ELECTRIC POWER NEEDED

As it is the case with regular houses, customers who place their Prefab Home in a private location can getas much electrical power as it is required by the type of house and all those extras they have applied for.
